Are all products on DealsnLots original?

Yes, all the products at DealnLots are Original, Imported and made for the Region A of the world.

Where are these products from what does region A of the world mean?

DealsnLots imports its own consignments from South East Asia, Far East and Europe. Therefore even though the product might be made in PRC, its made for the region A of the world as mentioned above.

Are all products on DealsnLots new and unused?

We have two primary product categories named A+ and A. In both categories products are brand new. For further details Click here.

Why the need to allocate products in different category such as A+ and A?

DealsnLots purchase products in bulk in the form of stocklot from different countries and regions in mix condition. Our QC team then diligently works to test and segregate the items in appropriate categories.

Is the price same for all product categories A+ and A?

Although DealsnLots aims to provide maximum value for money deals in the minimum possible prices, but NO the price of the products will vary as per the its product categorization. A+ offers the premium product hence the price of this category is highest. Similarly the second best category is A and hence its price is lower than A+.

What price benefit do we get from DealsnLots?

The price benefit is immense since you will be getting a 100% branded and imported item. You will be getting at least 10% discount from the official price for Category A+. Discount of at least 20% will be available for products in Category A. The prices may wary product to product as per its condition.

Will there be any variation in the price?

The price will vary as per the PKR valuation against foreign currencies as all the products are imported.

Why are some products only 1 in stock and not in bulk?

DealsnLots is stock-lot buyer and we purchase these lots in bulk, however these bulk lots include variety of different products which are not necessarily in quantity. Therefore at DealsnLots you wll find plenty of unique items. Someof which will be low in quantity and some will be high in quantity. But whatever the case we assure QUALITY over quantity.

Does DealsnLots offer any warranty for its products?

DealsnLots offers a 7 days checking warranty for all its products irrespective of its categories.

Are all the electronics product compatible for usage in Pakistan?

Yes, all the electronic products are of 220V and are tested for usage in Pakistan.

Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from DealsnLots?

There are no hidden charges when you order from DealsnLots. All cost is 100% visible on the checkout page which includes Product Price + Shipment Charges.

How do I place an order?

Shopping on DealsnLots is easy ! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Open DealsnLots Website.
  • Put the item title on “Search Bar”.
  • Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Add To Cart” button.
  • Click on “View Cart” button top-right side on the  (Add quantity if required) & click on “Proceed To Checkout Button”.
  • Enter your registered Email Id & Password.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
  • Click on “Place Order”.
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping rate is calculated is based on the weight of the products, the origin from where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.

Is my items shipped separately?

No. One order will be pack in package.

Does DealsnLots deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, DealsnLots delivers all over Pakistan.

I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return and exchange policy?
  • Returns can only be claimed within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Claim will be considered in case the product is non-functional, delivered in damaged condition, product is different from what is was displayed on the website or the product is incomplete.
  • Please return item with a copy of the invoice
  • Mention the reason for returning the product in refund form.
  • In refund form you will get an option to either get full refund in the form of Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash. The returned amount can also be added instantly in your account wallet or in form of discount voucher which can be redeemed later at any given point in time.
  • The courier charges paid by the customer will also be refunded upon presentation of the receipt.
  • Refund requests will be processed upto 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Can I return my products after the return window has expired?

Sorry, returns are not possible after the 7 days return period.

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your whole order. It is fine just to return certain products.

Do I also get refunded the shipping charges when returning a product?

Yes, the refunded amount would also include the shipping amount you were charged.

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

The courier charges paid by the customer will also be refunded upon presentation of the receipt.

How do I send goods back for return refund or exchange?
  1. Click here for the refund form.
  2. Fill the Return Form then click on the Submit button.
  3. Once we receive your claim, our CS team will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours of working hours.
  4. If the claim is accepted, you will need to pack your parcel securely with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Invoice on top of the return package.
  5. Courier your product from any suitable courier company to the given address:

How do I pack my return parcel to make sure it arrives in adequate condition?

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with invoice attached on the top of the package.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
