Troubleshooting:
1: If your PC can not detect the camera as a windows hello camera, please check whether your PC has the built-in IR camera, if yes, please disable it, then please install or restart the windows biometric service in your win 10 system. Next install HelloFace.inf. Then check whether need to modify the group policy settings.
