For Samsung S8/S8 Plus/Note 8, iPhone XS/XS Max/XR / X / 8/8 Plus, we highly suggest using our specially designed magnetic case to ensure a stronger hold with no metal sheet needed(The case has built-in magnets).

For other Qi-enabled phones, please stick the metal sheet on the back of your phone for magnetic holding(NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE METAL SHEET UNDER THE PHONE CASE, the metal sheet has to directly touch the charger to provide a strong magnet to hold your phone).

A stable and separate magnetic fields won't interfere with the phone's magnetic field or signal, safe for your phone.
