Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, regrettably we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Claim will be considered in case the product is non-functional, delivered in damaged condition, product is different from what is was displayed on the website or the product is incomplete.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
In order to claim your return/refund you will need to follow the following steps:
- Sign in to your Account, select Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return and click on the View button.
- Click on Return Order.
- Select products for return and fill in the Return Form then click on Submit button.
- Once we receive your claim, our QC team will be in contact with you with-in 24-48 hours.
- If, the claim is accepted, you will need to pack your parcel securely with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
- Wait for collection by our pick-up service
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and delivered into your bank account that you will be providing us. The refund may take up to 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product make sure your claim has been approved. Do not return your product until your claim has been verified. You should mail your product to:

You will be refunded for paying the shipping costs for returning your verified/approved claim order.Besides refund, you have the option to transfer the refund amount into your account wallet which can be used for future orders.
