1.Check to ensure that your device is Qi-compliant.

2.Check to ensure that the AC adapter you're using with the ELEGIANT U8 has a minimum output of 2A, otherwise, your devices may not charge properly.

3.For iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy 8 Plus or other large screen devices, we strongly recommend placing your phone on the center of the ELEGIANT U8.

4. Check to ensure the phone is not in a case thicker than 4mm when charging. And there is no metal disc on the back of the phone/phone case.

5. To ensure the utmost safety and performance, we strongly recommend using your device's original cable (OEM) to charge your devices with the ELEGIANT U8.

Tips:

1. For iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy 8 Plus, or other large screen devices, we strongly recommend charging horizontally for a better connection.

2. Remove all the magnetic or metal objects, plates, metal cases, and credit card cases on a fast wireless charger stand. for best charging effect.
