Returns & Refund
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your received your product, regrettably we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The claim will be considered only in case the product is:
2. Delivered in damaged condition
3. The product is different from what was displayed on the website or the product is not as described.
4. The product is incomplete.
To be eligible for a claim, it is essential that your item is the same condition as you received it, in other words it must be in resale-able condition.
To complete your return, we require the invoice that was sent with your product.
How to claim?
In order to claim your return/refund you will need to follow the following steps:

- Fill the Form then click on the Submit button.
- Once we receive your claim, our CS team will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours of working hours.
- If the claim is valid under the above mentioned reasons, you will guided on how to return the product and proceed for refund/exchange.
Return/Refund/Exchange Procedure (when approved)
Once your return is received our QC team will check if the mentioned claim reason is approved or not. If its approved, our CS representative will contact you and guide you for refund accordingly.
